"Kardel" is a vehicle approach detection system suitable for detecting relatively slow-moving objects (such as pedestrians and slow-moving vehicles). It can be used to notify nearby passing vehicles and pedestrians of the presence of construction vehicles attempting to exit from areas surrounded by safety steel plates, where visibility is obstructed.
